The FZS600 certainly isn't compliant.

If you cant afford to upgrade the bike, you can always see if it will pass the emission (NO3) test at the only place in London -

Here is a report of a Yamaha RD350 & TDR250 passing the above test, which shows Sadiq Khan is nothing but a huckster and shaking down Londoners for protection money.
