FZ1 Comfort

Been out on the bike a few times in the last few days and have noticed that I can only do about 40-50 miles or so before it starts to feel a little bit uncomfortable on the seat, has anyone else had this? I pull over and have to stand and walk around for 5 mins or so before I get back on, seems strange too as I have got a comfort seat...don't know...maybe it's just me getting old :lol
