Finally I have the bike assembled and was able to try it with the engine running. When I use the full beams it does it only randomly, maybe 2 times out of 10. But when I use the passing button it does it all the time. However I didn't get a chance to check the battery yet. Only thing I noticed is that when I put it on the charger it starts to charge and in 5 seconds it switches to maintenance / trickle charge. So I guess the battery isn't holding the charge. Interesting thing is I started the bike with it a couple times and it always starts on first try without any trouble ... is it possible that the starter pulls less from the battery than the high beam halogens?
