FWIW, I think it depends on your shoulder width and arm length. I've got short arms (and long pockets, my mates say LOL!) and found the standard width 758s a bit wide for comfort and control. Trimmed them down 20mm off each end and felt much nicer ... for me.
As others have said, try and then decide if you need to shorten them.  |
