Or it might be that's where it switches cams.  But whatever, the torque is just nuts.

Interesting, I've never seen that before.

I sure wasn’t thinking this thing needs a re-map.

A lot of people ride the stock FZ6 with the OEM engine map too.

But look at that torque: At 5250rpm you have around 130Nm

At around 5600rpm it's dropped to 125Nm and then stays there until around 6000 rpm where it starts to rise again, getting to about 135Nm at 6750rpm

That's not smooth power delivery.
