So to follow that then a black rad would give out even more BTU's which would mean that black exhaust would allow more heat out through its walls than a white one. And don't they wrap exhausts with bandage to keep the gasses hotter to allow them to escape quicker so you don't want them to be dispelled through the wall of the pipes.
