No problem really. Stout piece of timber in the rear wheel, socket with breaker bar on the nut, went as expected. Slackened the rear axle, pushed the wheel forward, looped the chain off the rear sprocket, unscrewed the front sprocket nut,  waggled the sprocket off, slipped the new sprocket into the chain, then just reversed the operation. The angle of the chain over the swinger has altered slightly, but doesn't look like a major problem. Been for a spin in the morning sunshine, although the roads are still wet, nothing untoward. Just got to reset the gear indicator now as the smaller sprocket seems to have resulted in 5th and 6th both reading as 5th
