bit more progress this afternoon .bored and tapped both broken studs and fitted new stainless studs with stainless domed nuts .all studs are about 6mm too long so will trim down in the morning......then refit the rad , fill with coolant and see if i can find the water leak......
One, is never going to be enough.....
