Tight arse could of paid the builders to put a ceiling in your living room  :lol 

I put some extra joists in at the rear and floored the rear third of the garage loft.


This garage was pretty focced when I got my hands on it including the door.  I do wish I had of got a roller door rather than an up and over.  That way I could have made even more use of the roof space.
