Newbie little advice.

Yep there is a fitting guide which shows you how to lock your auto tensioner in place, remove it, then adjust the manual one to match the adjustment on the auto one. Must have done 12k miles since I fitted mine with no adjustment necessary. There is a youtube demo by one of the forum members.(Devilsyam)
