You would really need to take someone knowledgeable on bikes with you.
Saw the add in Adverts.ie, from the pictures is have been down the road at some stage. It is unlikely it would have to many issues if the mileage is genuine.However from lack of use it may have carburetor issues and not run cleanly at low revs.
Since you are coming from a 125 you may not notice any issues as it will have much more power even if running badly.You will need to know why it has been garaged for so long.
This is the older boxeye model and will need the headlights modified to improve them, but it is a relatively easy thing to do.
