At the end of the day if you keep increasingly the concentration of co2 in the atmosphere, then you will get temperature rises.
Oh global warming will see increased rainfall in the UK, and in particular more flash flodding.
Once again, all the predictions are coming true, but still there is little sign of any willingness to change.
