I love the heat - at 10 stone I am built for the heat and not the cold but then again I don't mind the cold so long as the suns out. 
un . It is true that when we get hot spells in this wet country it tends to be very humid, here in the midlands anyway far from any sea breeze. Go to the Spanish coast and its hotter but not that sticky heat, although that could be the all inclusive beer and the hotel pool that helps.
