Just a couple of points to add to the above:
1. What you can get is likely to depend on where you're trying to sell. The ULEZ in London has had an effect on the saleability/value of older bikes there and may have a similar effect in and around other cities with similar proposals.
2. Extras like the topbox don't add value unless the buyer really wants it. You may well get the same price for the bike without it and then sell it separately and make a few extra quid. If I were a buyer I'd rather see things like braided lines and a new shock, knowing that the OE items are getting on a bit.
Even the small crack to the fairing will put some buyers off, unless it's a really easy repair, the same with the marks from the drops, so be prepared for some haggling.
