Clock Swap from a YZF R1 to my FZ1

Right, I swapped clocks and rewired the plug (mostly):


+12V perm
+12V ign
Ground
headlight
main beam
left turn
right turn
RPM
Oil level
+12V Speedo - not working
Speed input - not working


Not connected yet:
water sensor
fan/fan relay

Indicator lights for everything connected and RPM work, but the speedo, just reads zero.


Any help would be brilliant.


I've not connected the fan yet so I'm not sure if it works.


Does anyone know the pinouts for an 00-01 R1? I suspect the wiring diagram I have is for a 98-99.


I'll post some pics shortly when the front end is tidy.
