Yep and why is it that no matter when you change over it's ALWAYS on the advert break. Can they tell you've just switched?!.

Next time I'm going to leave the set on in the kitchen and run out to see if that's on the ads at the same time on the same channel

Most of the smaller channels run their advert breaks at exactly the same time simply to stop people flipping to see if there's anything else on another channel!

Also if you watch US programmes, note when there's a "fade to black" between scenes, that's when the US channels would put in a break.
