A can of carb cleaner and compressed air should do the job or just the carb cleaner. Make sure you clean out the circuits in the carb body by spraying carb cleaner through them and check that it's coming out the other end of the circuit. A lot of people take out the brass jets and only clean them and forget to clean the corresponding circuit in the body of the carb so the jet is clear but there's still a blockage.
