If I were to do it, it would have to be outside and in the summer and done all in one go. And then there is the issue of getting the engine out of the old frame and into the new one - don't have a overhead lift or large & wide enough floor jack. And even if I did the road surface where the bikes are parked is far too rough and uneven to allow for the the use of either method.
