That was huge. If 27.8% of those eligible to vote can't be bothered to walk down to their village hall and put a cross in a box that's their choice. They are clearly happy to let the rest of us to decide for them. Remainers often try to include those who didn't vote in their statistics in order to give them a false boost.
Just pointing out that the majority of the electorate didn't vote 'not to share our belief in this dysfunctional bureaucracy'
