Fair, or not fair ?
We out in the country know nothing of a congestion charge,
My mate in his old mitsushi payer took his wife into London on a Friday and came home on Sunday night,
He got an invoice for entering a congestion emissions zone twice, at £250.00 per trip, yep £500.00 for the weekend.
We never got any notice of this low emissions zone, no letters ,nothing.
This must happen to thousands of innocent drivers,,bad shit really.
