I like everything except the exhaust wrap.........."why" is something that I just don't understand (but maybe that's because I'm a boring old fart). On a scrambler, it would just hold water and muck.....sorry !

Same as that.
I don't get it myself.

If you alter the frame (Cutting and Shutting) from the original that must have gone through rigorous testing for strength and safety, would you have to have the thing checked out for those qualities before telling your insurance company about the mod, cos we are not talking stainless headers and a sports can here. this really is structural stuff.
Oh! By the way I think its looking good and am looking forward to seeing the finished project, Hopefully without the header wrap. :fish
