My RAC cover was up for renewal and it had gone up by £30!
After waiting 10 minutes on hold, I finally got through to them and, after a fair bit of back and forth, I finally got them to a) renew it for the same price I paid last year AND b) got them to guarantee that price for next year's renewal too
It just pisses me off that we keep having to do this sort of thing to stop them ripping us off
