Fork change

Thanks, DavieeĀ  Smile
Wilko,
Providing your replacement front wheel has six bolts holding it on, you should be able to modify an FZ1 speedo drive to suit the Fazer 600's clocks (sounds strange but we'll get to that in a minute). With washers, you raise two of the six bolt heads 180 degrees apart, and the FZ1 drive placed picks this up as if it's the two-prong ceramic inner piece within the standard speedo drive.
If your replacement wheel has a 5 bolt disc pattern, you could instead run the FZ1 drive back to the rear wheel disc instead, but you'll need to extend the wiring setup considerably to reach another 5 feet or so.
Muddybuddy outlines the basic procedure here:

My own experience with R6 forks and FZ1 speedo drive (Photobucket blocking all my pics, grrr!)http://foc-u.co.uk/index.php/topic,15854...#msg181989
