They're not 'loopholes' they are major flaws. Corporation Tax was never designed to deal with multinationals, let alone those with no fixed base at all. But it will change. VAT on services (such as film streaming) are already taxed in the country where it is consumed, not where the supplier is (allegedly) based. Profit taxes need to be the same.
