FZS 600 Back on the road, new fork seals and new headrace taper roller bearings fitted. For info. the headrace bearings on the 98-03 FZS600 are exactly the same as the 01-05 FZS1000.   I replaced FZS1000 ones a few weeks ago as they were becoming a bit notchy (bought the taper roller bearings from Marksman) and when I needed to do the fork seals on the 600 I decided to check the condition of the headrace, they were not too bad but decided to change them as the front end was apart.

I noticed they looked the same size as the 1000 bearings I had not dumped yet.
Did a bit of checking they had the same part numbers.
I ordered another set for 1000 from Marksman they are listed on the site as FZ1 01-05 (he does not list a set for the FZS600) and they are a perfect fit. :woot
