Agree with Midden. I've used 'No win no fee' twice, and it doesn't reduce your payout. They recover your 'legal fees' from the 3rd party. Although these types have a bad press, in a clear case like this they will make sure you are properly represented and compensated. Injuries can have long term effects. I've had a friend with a broken hip who didn't persue a claim and regrets it several years later.
