No problem, I was expecting more of a bun fight, but I don't think you'll go wrong with K-Tech linear springs.

K-Tech recommend a 10w fork oil but if I were doing mine again I would consider the oil on this thread - http://foc-u.co.uk/index.php/topic,2748....#msg224797 (last post).
