The criminal justice system is soft on them if they manage to catch a couple The whole system is run by lilly livered, know all's that can talk and write a good job, but put these people actually facing this scum they are worse than useless in most cases and as usual it comes down to the ordinary police officer and prison officer to try to clear up the mess these know it all's leave in their wake.
Sorry for the rant guys but I retired from the criminal justice system after 30 odds on the front line totally disillusioned with the system. I feel sorry for the few front line staff left that have to try and make it work.
