From FZS600 to VFR800 instead of FZS1000?

Hi. I own a fzs1000 2005 plate. I love it but loved my vfr800fi more.Would love another blue one




FZS1000 looses out on the nimbleness of FZS600 so how about a VFR800 (pre vetec) as a more logical step up from the trusty 600? Even though I like the 600 it can feel too light weight for example in blustery weather on faster roads.

Opinions from people who've owned all three bikes would be welcome?
