Sitting still at traffic lights has zero bearing on chain tension and clunkiness.


BUT, i have learned that rolling the bike forward just a few inches, (or 75mm), gets rid of the clunk when going from neutral to 1st.
More people are born because of alcohol than will ever die from it.
