Problem after rebuild, clicking fuel pump?

Thanks for that, as soon as I get the exhaust back on I’ll try that, I have a stripped header stud to deal with too, tried stud extractor, too bulky.... tried the 2 nut set up, not enough thread..... now I need a mobile welder to weld me a nut on so I can take a socket to it, but all your advice made sense because if I turn the kill switch so everything is off there’s no noise at all so fingers crossed your advice will work ?
