Rubber retaining bands. All three?

Sorry I made a mistake and Dustydes has given the correct advice twice now - the rear compartment is for the toolkit secured with a band, the front compartment is for the optional lock part of the U-Lock secured with a band or if this is not fitted for general storage, the band under the seat is to secure the U-Lock bar.
