Right, fitted the servo and new cables, put the EXUP together and fitted everything together. Set it up and took it for a blast. At first it had quite good pick up from just above tickover, but still had a flat spot between 4.5 and 6 K revs. I thought nothing of it really and took it out for a thrash. All went well for about 8 miles and then after shutting off from about 140 I found that the power had gone, it was running on 3. I turned around to come home and it wasn't happy at all, 3, 4, 3, 4, 2 sometimes. Managed to get home ok and checked everything, re set the EXUP because it was slightly out and tried it down the street, it doesn't like pulling just above tickover and usually runs on 2, then 3, then 4 sometimes. Its not happy.
Its worse now that what it was before, I'm gutted.
