seat recovering glue ???
#11
(23-01-18, 12:19 PM)Disorderlypunk link Wrote: after looking at it this morning i dont think i really need to glue the foam to the plastic as there are enough bumps to hold it in place
(and my carpet fitting glue has disapeared)
i am calling in someone that owes me a favour and used to recover MX seats to give me a lesson (or do it for me) as i already see problems arising
might have to go pick up an compressed air stapler as mine isnt up to scratch
when it comes to engines and metal im fine but when it comes to anything art and crafty im sh*t

If you need a seat, I removed mine, it wont be getting used again. we could work something out

or on topic, i would say the contact adhesive would work a treat, its just a strong but soft glue it wont melt the foam.
