This seems to be the most common TRRS (Tip Ring Ring Screen) jack plug audio visual pin out (composite video, individual left and right audio, ground [screen]:

I have tried another YRW to 3.5
I have tried different output settings on the PS2

Due to the nature of access I can just about get my fingertips to it so I will get the pliers out and push
