Don't know about the fuel evaporation system but it definitely didn't have self cancelling indicators. Don't think it had a flasher switch on the headlights either which is no bad thing as it is always misinterpreted by idiots in this country who don't know the highway code. I never use mine for that very reason.
I could change my opinion, but then we'd both be wrong.
