Idea's on what engines will fit in the fzs600 (2001)

I've decided to just stick with the 600 lump But just one more question does any one roughly know the amount of hours labour that's involved with changing the engine so i can try and work out a rough price of what it'll cost to swap them over.

if your getting a garage to do it the best bet is to ask them how much directly - if your not in a rush they might have a couple of hours here and there and have it as a sideline and do it at a set price - always budget a little extra though for parts they may need i.e gaskets / oil / filter /plugs / coolant etc - as for how long its not that hard to rip an engine out but i have found the hardest part is getting that bloody airbox in and out (ooh and lifting an engine can be a bastard)
