Next plans are to wrap the exhausts, cut down the front mud guard (or remove completely) and maybe change the tyres.

I was originally going to install a smaller seat however it's the only mode of transport for me and the missus so need enough room for her. The pillion pegs were actually cut and shifted for the build.

I also changed the speedo drive to mechanical and put a smaller speedo and tacho on.  Can't get the tacho to work properly thou.  It's not the fault codes, it just seems to have a mind of its own.
