I've never tried sloe gin. I hate the taste of gin and sloes just suck the juice from your mouth where there are so sharp but it will be interesting to see how it transforms. We shall see.

Dazza you just gotta try slow gin, it is absolutely delicious, I have some on the go with sloes from the Isle of Wight, grown on very chalky ground, just like others in here I can hardly wait to try it.

Shhhh! Don't tell but I have already tried it and it is wonderful. :lol
