My nephew has just been notified by a well known outdoors pursuits clothing manufacturer, that they have inadvertently used one of his photographs in an advert in a magazine. He is I believe in talks with them and lawyers about how they inadvertently removed his Copy right protected stamp? on said photograph, could get interesting. www.markmccoll.co.uk
