While we're on eggs............... todays top tip.
When boiling and egg, take a needle and make a small hole in the blunt end of the shell before boiling. There is an air sac there which expands with the heat and causes the shell to crack. You will see it expelling a thin stream of bubbles during boiling.

I used to not give a foc, then I discovered Red Bull and now I don't give a flying foc !!!
