.....plus don't believe the 'myth' if you don't receive the Penalty within 14 or 28 days then its void. 
These Vans should be clearly marked as Speed Camera vans with the fluorescent colours (just like static cameras are brightly coloured, like Gatso).
Bit sneaky if they "go undercover"... however nothing is surprising these days (with all the taxes and other ways we get stung, running motor vehicle(s) on UK roads).
