I'd say your pump is probably fine. The fan very rarely comes on. Mine only came on once. If you're still worried while the engine is COLD you could take the rad cap off, it's under the tank. Start the engine and you should see the coolant moving due to the pump spinning. You might need to top it off with some water to see it moving. But like unfazed said your bike is probably fine and just needs a good spin to burn off condensation from being parked.
