bar end weights/sliders

The screw comes out nice and handy but it's as if the weight inside the bar is not in enough. But won't come out either. Can I got any sliders to the weights in the bars already?
They are fairly tatty but more so from paint coming off and starting to tarnish than gouges from a drop |
