If you use your bike in the wet or cold and wet then don't buy EBC X series. :thumbdown
in My experience of EBC X series discs on the 600 was absolutable dire. :eek
When I need to replace my front discs a few years ago I opted for the EBC X series, purely because there HH brake pads are so good.
They just did not work well when cold and braking was non existant when cold and wet. I had to hold the brakes on to heat up the discs when ever it rained and when I was leaving home for work or work for home when they were cold. Once they were hot they were great.
A great disc if it never rained :rolleyes
After to many close calls which I avoided accidents by pure luck, I sourced a second hand set put them on and brakes were back to normal.
When I had to replace the rear I bought Brembo :thumbup which was as good if not better then the original, but unfortunately they do not do front discs.
