To do this from Flickr is a PITA as they don’t (so far as I recall) provide a direct link to the file. I hunted around in the source code to find the address to that small version of the pic itself.


I prefer Postimage as they give a bunch of links to suit various purposes when you upload a pic. Just copy the “direct” link







... and paste that in the window when you click on the foc-u “Insert image” button.
