Is it definitely losing the spark?
Have you had the tank up recently and kinked the breather pipes? This will cause the bike to cut out after a few miles through fuel starvation and then allow it to restart when the vacuum releases. Quick test is next time it cuts out, open the fuel cap slowly with your ear next to the cap. If you get a hiss, you have a vacuum.
