My question is. Would my bike benefit from the carbs being balanced? As they've never been done. And how hard is it to do?
Or does anyone on here live close to Altrincham in Cheshire? Who could do it for me?
Any replies much appreciated,cheers Roy.
Do a TPS check , turn ignition on, disconnect the TPS plug, then reconnect leaving the ignition on, the rev counter will move, 5k is good 0 or 10 the carbs need balancing. Next strat the bike allow to warm until it will idle smoothly without choke, blip the throttle is the pickup instant? If all the above is ok leave alone, ride your bike.
