you need to report rider to your club secretary. you had an orange bib on which means novice racer. if he doesn't understand that and tried to be a hero (or not be beaten by a novice more likely) then he is a danger on track and should not be allowed to compete.
Racing is risky.........but you don't need stupid chnts making it dangerous too.
