How much brake fluid?
#3

Definitely the larger size, the actual system doesn't hold a lot of fluid but you may get through more than you think when replacing the fluid and bleeding the system depending on how you go about it.

I bought a cheap brake fluid change valve from my local car spares place which is essentially a sealed bit of rubber tube with a slit in it, when you squeeze the lever the fluid comes out of the slit which seals and stops air going back into the system when you release the lever, this works even better if the tube is immersed in some brake fluid as there is then no possibility of air getting back into the system. Makes brake fluid changes an easy one man job and is cheaper than the alternatives.
